How long does shipping take for custom orders?
Standard orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Custom-cut or finished planks require a lead time of 7-14 business days before being dispatched via our freight partners.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. For inquiries regarding shipping to other regions, please contact our support team for a custom freight quote.
What is your return policy for wood products?
We accept returns on standard-sized items within 30 days of delivery, provided they have not been cut, stained, or installed. Please note that custom-length orders are final sale.
How should I maintain and clean my WoodPlank surfaces?
We recommend using a soft, damp cloth and a pH-neutral wood cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals or excessive moisture, and consider re-oiling natural finishes every 6-12 months.
Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we offer sample packs for all our wood species and finishes. This allows you to see the grain pattern and color in your own lighting before committing to a full project.
