Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original WoodPlank packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
